Let's have a night of rockabilly mayhem with Reverend Horton Heat alongside The Flametrick Subs and The Del-Vipers at Drinks Backyard! Get ready for a high-energy show filled with twangy guitars, pounding drums, and good times!

Formed in 1985, THE REVEREND HORTON HEAT exploded on the scene by playing gigs around their hometown of Dallas, Texas, mixing elements of surf, country, punk, big band and rockabilly to create a genre that took the world by storm. Often imitated, never duplicated, the Rev has continued to garner the support of both the underground rockabilly/ psychobilly scene and mainstream critics. Throughout the band's million plus album selling career, their music has been featured in countless TV shows, movies and commercials, it's impossible to deny the powerful force that is THE REVEREND HORTON HEAT. They continue to electrify audiences time and time again with their incredible stage presence, rock 'n roll charisma and contagious energy.

The Flametrick Subs hail from Austin, Texas. Formed in 1989 by lead vocals/guitarist, Buster Crash, The Subs are still rockin' harder than ever. The Flametrick Subs have always been, and always will be a raw, high energy-filled live performance with a fine blend of psycho-alien-voodoo-bad girl originals. A little Johnny Cash...a bit of The Cramps, and a touch of The Ramones. Most of all, they're all drinkin' songs!

The Del-Vipers blasted onto the scene in Austin, TX during the belly scorching summer of 2010. Guitarist Ross Ott and drummer Sam Rich having left their full time touring schedules in previous bands were looking for something to push creativity to new levels without completely selling their rugged souls to the road. Original bassist Derek "Spooky Vam Peers" Miller completed the bill and together they took their love for a time when rock n' roll was fresh and exciting... to the beach! Influenced heavily by original guitar megaliths such as Dick Dale and The Ventures mixed with an upbringing rooted in punk and a propensity for the WEIRD, The Del-Vipers bathed themselves in reverb and hit the streets of Austin to bring their earth-shattering instrumental holocaust to the world.

Things To Know Before You Go:

What are the age restrictions?

  • This show is 18+ and ID is required to enter

Can I leave & come back?

If you are 21+, you can leave and return. Under 21, cannot re-enter if you leave. Access is subject to venue capacity so let the door staff know if you plan to leave and return.

Where do I park?

There is very limited parking behind the bar. Like seriously, VERY LIMITED. Uber & Lyft are highly recommended because the parking lot will fill up quickly. There are dedicated pick up/drop off spaces in the front. Parking on the road behind the parking lot is at your own risk.

Is there food?

You bet there is!

Can I bring my dog?

Nope. Normally Drinks Backyard is very dog friendly but because of the number of people expected for this event, we won't be letting in pets this weekend. Actual service animals will be allowed, but not "emotional support animals".

What can't I bring?

Strollers (it will be too crowded), chairs, professional recording equipment, tripods, outside food or drinks, weapons, and anything else we can't think of now but might make us go WTF? if it shows up at the door.

I can't make it to the show anymore. Can I get a refund?

Sorry, like every other show we cannot give refunds. You are able to sell or give your ticket to someone else.
